Nikolai Nedelchev

Nikolai Nedelchev started his professional career as Marketing Manager at Apple Computer Bulgaria in 1992.

In 1995, he set his feet on the entrepreneurial path by establishing the first integrated marketing communications agency in Bulgaria – M.A.R.C.

The company started partnering with Publicis in 2002 and became a full-fledged Publicis Groupe agency in 2008.

Nikolai Nedelchev is an Executive Board member of the Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies (BACA), the Bulgarian Association of PR Agencies (BAPRA) and Junior Achievement Bulgaria.

Nikolai Nedelchev is a firm believer in people empowerment as a main driver of success. He is one of the catalysts of the process of creating the next generation of leaders both within Publicis ONE and the entrepreneurial community in the country at large.

Nico-Alexander Jahn

Nico has more than 10 years of experience in delivering creative and business-oriented solutions for clients like Nestlé, Renault and Siemens in Germany and Eastern Europe.
His work has been awarded several times, including at Effie and Sabre Awards.

Nico is especially fond of all aspects of strategic thinking and human interaction in the digital age.
As Head of Strategy & Digital he leads a team, which strives to gain deep understanding of human needs in order to build connected products, services and experiences that transform consumer relationships.

Ivan Ivanov

Ivan Ivanov is one of the Internet business's pioneers in Bulgaria.

He started his career in this field in 1996, creating together with his team the first Bulgarian Internet portal DIR.BG and turning it into the absolute leader in terms of audience and revenue from digital advertising.

The first Internet advertising campaign in Bulgaria was created and organized by him in 1997 for IBM Bulgaria.

He was an Executive Director at DIR.BG until June 2002, when he joined Publicis Sofia's team as Chief Digital Officer. From the beginning of 2016, he is the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Being part of the digital business over the last 20 years, Ivan has been a member of the jury of all Internet communications contests in Bulgaria. He is a member of the Management Boards of several associations, directly connected to the Bulgarian Internet business.

He's also a winner of two Lifetime Achievement Awards for developing the Bulgarian Internet business.

Victoria Petrova

Victoria Petrova is responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of the Human Resources at Publicis ONE. Victoria joined the agency in 2009 and since then she has been taking care of the talents in all agencies within the Group.

Upon her graduation with a bachelor's degree in PR from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Victoria started her career as an Account Manager at one of the biggest local PR agencies, where she worked for various international and local clients.

The next stop for her was an advertising agency, part of the Lowe network in Bulgaria. Victoria spent the next 5 years of her carreer working as a consultant and a project manager.

Before joining Publicis ONE, Victoria was part of a small team of consultants, focused on internal organizational and change management projects. During that time Victoria developed communication strategies both for external public and challenging internal projects, part of the overall company’s transformation. That led to a new direction in her professional development.

After graduating with a master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Consultancy, she chose to continue in Human Resources.

Blagovesta Kostova

Before joining Publicis Sofia, Blagovesta Kostova worked for clients such as Nokia and Unicredit Bulbank on a large scope of activities across many communication channels.

In 2008, she joined Publicis Sofia as an Account Manager and started working for different categories: foods, beverages, FMCG companies, technologies, public services.

In 2010, she was promoted to Account Director with focus on Nestlé (Nescafé and Maggi), Heineken (Zagorka, one of the local beer brands) and the Coca-Cola brands. During that period she was also in charge of a large variety of brands and campaigns: OMV, HP, Subway, P&G, Ferrero, Intersnack (Chio, Chipi).

A few years later, in 2015, she was promoted to Client Service Director. In this role she continues to lead the account teams, keeping a clear focus on the client’s businesses and needs in order to create smart and successful campaigns in new and amazing ways.

Developing integrated and effective campaigns, together with the teams, is one of her biggest passions.

In her free time she likes to watch English movies, read historical literature and (of course) spend time with her lovely family.

Martin Miliev

Holds an MBA from The University of Tampa.
Has 10 plus years of experience in marketing research, brand consulting, traditional and social media analysis.

Heads the Publicis Consultants MSLGroup EMEA “Social Media Center of Excellence”. Manages various international social media listening and analysis projects for the London and Paris offices of the Group.

His list of clients includes E&Y, Lloyds Banking Group, Merck, Sanofi, Swarowski, Renault, Philip Morris International and various P&G brands.

Petya Lakova

Studied at Hult International Business School in London, graduating top of her class as Valedictorian with a degree in Marketing Communications in 2009. Started her career in digital marketing in London at Razorfish (part of Publicis Group) as a Display Planner/Buyer. She soon specialized in Direct Response including programmatic, handling clients like Ralph Lauren, Astra Zeneca, Weight Watchers, Carnival Cruises and others. She continued her career at Havas London, in Client Planning, working on the giant retailer Tesco. In 2014 she returned to Sofia, continuing her journey in Digital Marketing as a Digital Account Director and Strategist at J. Walter Thompson Sofia until finally coming back to Publicis as Head of Digital Strategy in 2016. Her clients currently include Nestle, DSK Bank and others.
